1GB storage limit (soft cap and fair use applies)
No Visual Workflow Designer (available on Growth plan)

Partnership duration: 12 months from sign-up
Eligible startups only: company registered less than 1 year ago
Storage is monitored and systematic abuse will trigger a plan upgrade notice

Who qualifies for the Startup Partnership?

Any team of up to 10 people whose company was incorporated or founded less than 12 months ago. We trust you to self-certify your eligibility. If abuse is detected, we reserve the right to transition the account to a paid plan.

Is a credit card required to sign up?

No. There is no credit card required and no trial period. You get 12 months free, no strings attached.

What happens after 12 months or if we start making money?

The partnership is designed to support you until you launch. Once you start processing revenue or reach the 12-month mark, your account will transition to our Starter tier so you can continue growing with full support.

How does the SaaS subscription billing work during the free period?

You can set up your subscription plans, pricing, and payment flows during the free period. Billing to your customers can start immediately. We only charge you once your platform processes real revenue, meaning our platform fee activates at that point.

Can we grow beyond 10 users while in the partnership?

If your team grows beyond 10 members during the partnership, we will work with you to find the right plan. We want to support your growth, not block it.

What is considered abuse of the storage limit?

Uploading large volumes of binary files, videos, or bulk data that is unrelated to operational use of the platform. Normal business use (documents, wiki pages, contact records, invoices) will never come close to the limit.
